Very good customer experience, probably the best I have ever had. As for the kibble, our Skye loves it, it smells lovely, and I have to admit I even tried tasting it myself—and as a human, I’ve probably never tasted better kibble. Flavour-wise it's very delicate, with a clear taste of fish, and not overly salty, which I think is very important for a dog. Looks like we will be buying regularly! Previous experience was Yoggies, which she ate for 2 years, but over the last few months it felt like she didn't enjoy it much anymore, so we decided to make a change and we seem to have hit the bullseye!

The kibble is great—hard, smells nicely of fish, and looks right away unlike standard factory-made stuff. The personalised touch you provide is brilliant.

The kibble arrived very quickly in lovely packaging featuring our dog's photo, plus a little treat as a gift. Our Lili chews the kibble easily, enjoys it very much, and would happily eat far more than recommended. We are switching from BARF and everything is completely trouble-free. We'll gladly order again.
