Does your pet love our kibble and would you like to order the same recipe again? We’ve prepared several options for you.
Sticker on the back of the bag, which contains web link (must be typed into a web browser manually) and QR code (easy to scan with a mobile phone, usually just with the camera app).
By clicking the link in the e-mail, which you received after your order was confirmed or with a reminder that your kibble is running low.
Ordering on the same device: when you click the Build your recipe button we’ll show your pet among your saved dogs – just click on it and you can order again.
For registered and signed-in customers: click the My account button in the header, select order history and press the Order again button.
If for any reason you would like a different kibble recipe for your dog, you can fill in the questionnaire again. Or simply write to us via chat, Instagram, Facebook or e-mail.
