We start with a short questionnaire about your buddy. We want to know their age, weight, activity, body condition, any allergies and other details that help us choose the right recipe and calculate the daily portion.
At the end you can also upload a photo of your dog to feature on their bag of kibble. If you don't have one to hand, you can add it later. We don't ask for any contact details while you build the food.
As soon as you finish the questionnaire, you'll see the result straight away. We'll show you the recommended recipe, full composition, daily portion and other nutritional information, so you know exactly what you're ordering for your dog.

Then just choose how much kibble you'd like to order. You can start with a 4 kg trial bag. The more you order, the lower the price per kilogram — currently from 235 Kč/kg u 4kg balení až po 179 Kč/kg při odběru nad 24 kg.

As soon as your payment arrives, we start preparing your order. We ship 90 % of orders within 2 working days, and no later than 5 working days at busy times. We deliver your parcel via PPL or DPD to your address or a pickup point. You can also collect the kibble in person from us in Lelekovice.

Switch to the new food gradually. If your dog is switching from another food, we recommend that during the first 3–5 days you gradually mix the new kibble with the old one. This gives their digestion time to get used to the new composition.
