    the basis and for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract, i.e. for the purpose of delivering goods or
    providing a service. We may also process this data on the basis and for the purpose of fulfilling

  6. Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
    If we process your personal data solely on the basis of your consent (i.e. without any other

    Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before
    consent to processing was withdrawn.
  7. Right of access to personal data
    You have the right to ask us whether we process your personal data.
    If we process your data, you have the right of access to this personal data and
    in particular to the following information:
    ● the purpose of processing;
    ● the categories of personal data processed;
    ● the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data will be disclosed;
    ● the period for which the personal data will be stored.
    At your request, we will provide you with a copy of the data processed. For further copies
    we may charge you an administrative fee not exceeding the costs of producing and
    providing these further copies.
  8. Right to rectification
    If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request
    its rectification without delay, i.e. correction of inaccurate data and/or completion of incomplete data.
  9. Right to object to processing
    You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data if
    we process it for direct marketing purposes, including any automated
    processing of personal data. Once you object, we will stop processing your personal data for these
    purposes.

    details that the seller will use to prepare the “Tailor-made dog food” product according to the buyer's personal
    requirements. If the buyer has provided the seller with a photo of their dog, the buyer
    agrees to this photo being used on the packaging of the “Tailor-made dog food” product they ordered.

    If there are no legal grounds for refusing erasure, we are obliged to comply with your
    request.
  11. Right to restriction of processing
    You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if:
    ● you contest the accuracy of your personal data;
    ● the processing is unlawful and you request restriction of the processing of personal data instead of
    erasure;
    ● we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require it for
    the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
    ● you object to processing.
    When processing is restricted, we are only entitled to store your personal data; further processing
    is only possible with your consent or on legal grounds.
    If the processing of personal data is restricted because of an objection to processing, the restriction
    lasts for the time needed to determine whether we are obliged to comply with your objection.
    If the processing of personal data is restricted because the accuracy of the data is contested, the
    restriction lasts for the time needed to verify the accuracy of the data.
  12. Right to data portability
    You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured,
    commonly used and machine-readable format and to have it transmitted to another personal data
    controller.
  13. How can you exercise your rights?
    You can exercise your rights in relation to personal data using our
    contact details. All information and actions will be provided to you without undue
    delay.
    We will do our utmost to accommodate you in protecting your personal data. However, if
    you are not satisfied with how your request was handled, you have the right to contact the competent authorities, in particular the
    Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection) (http://www.uoou.cz), which supervises
    the protection of personal data. This provision does not affect your right to submit
    your complaint directly to the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.
    If, in particular, your place of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement
    of personal data protection is outside the Czech Republic in another member state
    of the European Union, you can contact the competent supervisory authority in that member state.
    IV. ADMINISTRATION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
  14. Who processes your personal data?
    We are the personal data controller within the meaning of the Regulation.

    to pass your personal data on to other parties, e.g. carriers or other parties
    involved in performing the contract or our obligations. We may also appoint other
    processors and recipients of personal data. We will also tell you, on request, who specifically
    processes your personal data. Your personal data will not be transferred to
    countries outside the European Union unless this is necessary to perform the contract or for another
    reason in accordance with the rules for such transfers laid down by the Regulation.
  15. How do we process personal data?
